The Hudson’s Mac ‘N’ Cheese Throwback Thursdays

Treat yourself after a hard Thursday's work to a bowl of classic comfort food with a sophisticated twist. Beginning July 11, West Hollywood's favorite rustic eatery, The Hudson, will host Mac ‘N’ Cheese Throwback Thursdays every week this summer. For a well worth it $11 per bowl, the restaurant will serve up three updated versions of the universally beloved stuff, in addition to their classic Mac N’ Cheese with smoked jalapeño, parmesan bread crumbs, shallots and garlic (which holds the title of CBS's “Best Mac & Cheese in LA”). Expect to find three deliciously different dishes every Thursday, each featuring creative ingredients such as braised short rib, spicy chorizo, bacon, asparagus, feta and charred chipotle—have you fainted yet?
