The Valentino Anniversary White Truffle Dinner

Celebrate the 40th anniversary of Santa Monica's Valentino restaurant with a ten-course Italian feast boasting hand-picked white truffles. Alumni chefs Luciano Pellegrini, Angelo Auriana and Davide Giova join executive chef Nico Chessa and pastry chef Alessandro Stroppa to create a retrospective menu of Valentino's culinary history. Paired with award-winning wines bottled for the anniversary fete, the menu includes truffled duck pâté, fresh pastas, roasted veal loin and buffalo medallion. For truffle fanatics, a generous shaving of the treasured fungi can be added for $50 more.
