LA chefs and Top Chef alumni Suzanne Tracht and Nyesha Arrington are teaming up at Tracht's modern steakhouse Jar for a one-night only special Sunday supper. The two are roasting an entire duroc pig from NorCal's Stone Valley Farms. Pig out on a prix-fixe, themed menu featuring a Summer Melon Pork Belly Salad and the family-style pig served with all the fixin'sLong Cooked Mustard Greens, Summer Slaw and Fresh Cooked Shelling Beans. Top it off with the perfect Southern dessert: Banana Cream Pie. Call ahead for reservations.
