Orange: the color of love? It is for Chef Rory, Hakkasan's pastry chef, who has designed a unique dessert called Chocolate Orange (dark chocolate mousse) to accompany the restaurant's Valentine's Day menu. Designed to be shared between at least two people, the menu also includes crispy duck salad, a steamed dim sum platter, wok-fry lobster, and more Hakkasan delicacies.
