LA's For the Record series, which celebrates the soundtracks of iconic directors, leaves its home at Rockwell Table and Stage for a night to bring the films of Quentin Tarantino alive at the House of Blues. The live concert show honoring the modern film mastermind was the first to be performed in the series two years ago, but is back and has been updated to include the controversial Django Unchained. Enter the world of the gritty, groundbreaking director by reliving moments from his films, from Pulp Fiction to Inglourious Basterds—along with their meticulously chosen music that has helped define Tarantino's style—as performed by TV, Broadway and film performers. Take in the show while dining on themed food specials, including Aldo's German Scallops and Pai Mai's Exploding Rice Bowl.
