King Kahn & BBQ

Hundreds of acts revive the garage-rock sounds of the '60s, but few manage to remember the B-movie kitch and switchblade danger of the genre quite like this duo. Becaped howler Khan is fun on his own, but it's only with his better half, BBQ, that this trash-the-tiki-bar punk shake really soars. It will play back-to-back shows at the Teragram Ballroom and Constellation Room behind its latest, Bad News Boys, released this year.
