Most of us may never be able to afford a Hollywood Hills sort of lifestyle, but at least we can get a small taste with a night in one of L.A.’s many over-the-top Airbnbs. Even those, though, often require an over-the-top budget to book. So Airbnb had our attention when we heard there was a chance coming up to book a hilltop mansion for about as much as we spent on eggs last month—and hosted by a celebrity, no less.

You can stay the night in a handsome mid-century home atop the Hollywood Hills and spend part of the evening hanging out and making pottery with Seth Rogen as part of a new, limited time Airbnb experience. You’ll have access to a pottery wheel, a stocked fridge of snacks and records from Rogen’s cannabis and homewares company, Houseplant. As far as decor, the house has been decked out in ceramics from the Houseplant collection, including a few made by Rogen himself, plus vintage ashtrays straight from the actor’s personal collection.

Reservations will open up on Airbnb on February 7 at 10am. Expect the first-come, first-served reservations to book pretty quickly: There will only be three one-night stays available (February 15, 16 and 17), each accommodating two guests for only $42 (hehe)—with taxes and fees, the total is $57.

The overnight stays are open to U.S. residents 21 and over, and travel to L.A. won’t be included. You will, however, walk away with a goodie bag of Houseplant wares, including a Rogen-designed ashtray set and a trio of records.

“I don’t know what’s more of a Houseplant vibe than a creative retreat at a mid-century Airbnb filled with our Housegoods, a pottery wheel and incredible views of L.A.,” Rogen said in a statement. “Add me, and you’ll have the ultimate experience.”

We had a chance to visit the house earlier this month—and very quickly chat with Rogen about, you know, pot and pottery—and a couple of things stood out to us about the property.

For starters, that view. The backyard’s infinity pool (which will be closed), hot tub (which will be open) and terrace are all surprisingly secluded while also offering a perfect perch above Hollywood in the foreground, Downtown L.A. in the background and—if it’s clear enough—the snowcapped San Gabriel, San Jacinto and Santa Ana Mountains way off in the distance. Walk up a floor to the sumptuous master bedroom and the view somehow looks even more striking.

And then there’s that bathroom, with a shower equipped with more nozzles than we have faucets in our entire apartment, and a soaking tub that peers out over the canyons.

During our visit, we also had a chance to hand build an ashtray (which kind of morphed into a shallow dog bowl because we’re novices), and we were really struck by just how lovely of a spot it was to practice pottery. Then again, just about anything is probably lovely in a hilltop home that swanky. Throw in the one-on-one time with Rogen (who was remarkably affable during our brief interaction) and it sure sounds like it’ll be a very chill evening.

Speaking of very chill, if you’re wondering about the house’s policy on marijuana, Airbnb has been a bit cheeky about it. The listing advertises a “high-ly creative retreat” and a press release we received teased it as a chance to “get glazed” (because pottery), “vibe out” (because records) and “satisfy cravings” (because snacks). But it’s also very clear that no cannabis-based products will be provided during the stay. Furthermore, the house has an explicit “no indoor smoking, drugs or illegal activities” policy, so keep that in mind if you’re lucky enough to book a stay.
