Cookbook recipes come to life at Lucques’ one-night-only event with executive chef Michael Anthony of Gramercy Tavern. Coming off the heels of his cookbook release, V is for Vegetable (Little, Brown and Company, $40), the intimate evening will include a meet-and-greet book signing and highlights like watermelon radish and snapper tartare and monkfish chowder. Pair the luxe four-course fare with a specialty cocktail from Christiaan Röllich or curated wine selections from Caroline Styne.
