Chef Tomohiro "Teddy" Yamashita always enjoyed making others happy through passion for cooking. He started his career at a five star hotel in Osaka, in a fine-dinning French Restaurant, and then continued to develop a comprehensive set of skill through working with a variety of restaurants and culinary styles. Teddy was chosen from among 500 employees to become the head chef of Go by Kiyokawa.
