"I'm inspired by magazines like GQ. I had this suit made in Shanghai and I got the pocket square from the Philippines, where I'm from."

"If I'm not wearing a bow tie, I'm usually wearing a tie and, yes, a tie clip. This is my grandpa's [tie clip]. I usually dress vintage eclectic and find great things at the Pasadena flea market."

"I'd characterize my style as LA with a splash of Paris. This is a Cambridge satchel and I love it because it can fit everything, including my laptop. I like vintage pieces. My favorite store is Shareen in Downtown."

"The wedding rings are my parents' originals. When they got married, they couldn't afford real rings. When they could bling out, they replaced them. They were laying around the house, and one day, I decided to wear them around my neck."

Street style: Le Grand Fooding Crush Paris-LA

The stylish (and hungry) check out Paris' top-talent chefs cook alongside local culinary heroes at Le Fooding's inaugural food event at Downtown's MOCA.

Le Fooding is known throughout Paris for its annual guide to the best restaurants in Île-de-France. The publication also hosts an annual Le Grand Fooding event in Paris and others around the world. After a stateside splash in New York City, Le Fooding set its sight on Los Angeles, namely, the Geffen Contemporary at MOCA in DTLA. For its first-ever LA debut, the two-day event brought out chefs from far (Paris chefs Le Chateaubriand's Inaki Aizpitarte, Saturne's Sven Chartier, Frenchy's Gregory Marchand, Jean-François Piège) and near (Kogi's Roy Choi, Osteria Mozza's Nancy Silverton, Chateau Marmont's Carolynn Spence, Bäco Mercat's Josef Centeno, Red Medicine's Jordan Kahn, Ludo Lefebvre). With them, Angelenos came out to feast, booze and show off their street style...elastic-waist bands optional.
