Throw on your best yellow Hawaiian shirt, aviator shades and Oldies playlist for a Once Upon a Time in Hollywood-themed cooking demo. To time warp you back to 1960s L.A., Redbird and Vibiana chef Neal Fraser will be showing us how to whip up a dessert inspired by the Tarantino film, all for free and over Zoom.
Joining Fraser is the film’s producer, Shannon McIntosh, who can give us some insight into the movie, and because Once Upon a Time is, well, "saucy" in the '60s sense, Redbird and Vibiana bar director Tobin Shea will be showing us how to make a cocktail inspired by it, too.
All you'll need to do is register for the event online through the L.A. Tourism Board, then you'll receive the Zoom link and be able to tune in Tuesday, May 12, at 5pm. White miniskirt and go-go boots not required.
