Experience the empowerment that comes from balancing your body on just your hands. Arm balances are invigorating and fun and require strong focus, fluid breath, and core strength.

In this 2 hour workshop with Cat Larimore, we will build on what we've learned in Arm Balances Level 1 to take your arm balances to the next level, and also learn a few more advanced arm balance variations. You do not need to attend Level 1 Arm Balances to be able to able to attend Level 2, but some arm balance experience is recommended.
