Working out together is better. Join the Fleet Feet training team for a complimentary tempo workout with two distance options, suitable for all paces and training levels. The training session will be followed by Ragnar 101 given by Alex Docta, the Ragnar Trail Kentuckiana-KY presented by Salomon Race Director. Get all your Ragnar Kentuckiana question answered by the Race Director himself!

The event is free, snacks and beverages provided, and we’ll raffle off some awesome partner gear!

Optional Tempo workout- 6:30pm- We'll leave from the store at 6:30pm and head over to Seneca Park where we'll do a "tempo" workout. The short version will be an easy warm-up followed by 1.2 miles at around 10K pace and an easy cool down. The long version will be an easy warm-up followed by 2.4 miles at around 10K pace and an easy cool down. The warm-up and cool down will be on our way to and from the park, and the workout will be done around the Seneca Park loop.

This workout is a part of the Lousiville Distance Project Half and Full Marathon program. We are offering this workout as a free part of the Ragnar 101 clinic but we would love to have you join us for the full program.
