The event creator says
Standing in Solidarity with Black Lives Matters and Black Spring in the National Call to Action to end State Violence Against Women and Children of Color.

We have seen the protests, the faces, and heard the stories about the killing of black men, and black boys across the nation.

What most have not seen, are the faces of Black Women, Trans Women and young girls, who are also victims of Police Brutality.

Their stories have been silenced and their families left seeking justice alone. We will stand with them and on their behalf.

Meet us this Thursday at the Big 4 Bridge at 7:30pm on the Louisville Side.

Bring signs, artwork, voices, and families as we give voice to our sisters in the struggle.

"Every time you say the name of a black man killed by police, and you fail to mention a black woman, you are committing a crime against your sisters as well..."
