Celebrate the fruits of the harvest with a special Squash Dinner this October! For only $40 per person, you’ll enjoy a 5 course meal featuring the stars of season, squash! Add optional wine pairings to the dinner for an additional $25.

The cost of this dinner will be $40 per person plus tax and gratuity, with an optional wine pairing for an additional $25. Reservations are required with a credit card and can be made by calling (502) 899-9904 or emailing letsdine@varanese.com A $25 per seat fee will be charged for reservations not cancelled within 24 hours of the event.

Home-Style Deviled Eggs with 2yr. Aged Prosciutto, Roasted Acorn Squash and a Maple Bourbon Drizzle

Shaved Squash and Radish Salad topped with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, Goat Cheese & Walnuts and finished with an Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Butternut Squash Bisque and Pan-Seared Bay Scallops garnished with Popcorn Shoots

Char-Grilled Quail served over Roasted Squash Risotto finished with a Dried Cherry Gastrique
