This is your chance to take 45 minutes for yourself, actively engage your senses, and help to reduce your level of stress and anxiety with lasting effects.

There will be 2 sessions this Friday.

7:00-7:45pm (5 seats available)

The session is $45.

Louisville Salt Cave provides a clean microclimate of 5 tons of Himalayan pink salt crystals that line the walls and floor. A halogenerator diffuses microscopic salt particles in the room to stimulate healing and protect from illness. The pure air environment inside the cave is allergen free and saturated in negative ions. Negative ions create positive vibes by increasing the mood enhancer, serotonin. Salt is anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory in nature.
