Just Fore Kids® Golf Classic says
The Just Fore Kids® Golf Classic began as the Foster Brooks Pro Celebrity Golf Tournament in 1970 with Foster Brooks serving as honorary chairman. The famous actor and comedian, who was born in Louisville, attended the event every year until his death in 2001. In 1997, the event changed its name to the Just Fore Kids® Golf Classic. The event has raised over $1.5 million dollars for both Kosair Charities and the Ronald McDonald House of Kentucky in the past 18 years. The key founders and organizers of this event include Bobby Clarkson and Randy Coe.
