Join us for our next exciting beer dinner, featuring the beers of New Belgium Brewing Company. Brewed in Colorado, and available primarily west of the Mississippi River, these beers are just now becoming available in Kentucky. We’re ecstatic to be among the first in the state to be serving this label, and among the first to be creating food pairings.

Founded in 1989 by Jeff Lebesch, New Belgium Brewing Co. is an all-American brewery which balances a commitment to sustainability with the creation of accessible, delicious beers that every drinker can enjoy. New Belgium Brewing Co. has been listed as the #1 American Brewery Tour by TripAdvisor, and their selection of brews consistently rates high on such websites as Beeradvocate.com. Our special guest for the evening will be Brittney Donohue, the regional representative for New Belgium Brewing Company.

The evening will include four delicious courses from Chef John Varanese paired with five of New Belgium’s most beloved beers.

The cost of this dinner will be $49 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required with a credit card and can be made by calling (502) 899-9904 or emailing letsdine@varanese.com. A $25 per seat fee will be charged for reservations not cancelled within 24 hours of the event.
