She’ll explore brain training and touch on the 7 core cognitive areas that affect how we learn and perform (iq): long term memory, short term memory, visual processing, auditory processing, attention, logic & reasoning, and processing speed; while also sharing recommendations on how one could go about improving their own cognitive skills.
