Time Out says

On the grounds where Pachá once stood, this new venue has four areas: the Main Room for concerts and dancing; the Scotch Room, where you can have a quiet(er) drink, and the magnificent blue Sky Room; and the Upper Bar, a sort of balcony where you can chill a bit while you gaze upon all that's going on below.

The bouncers may claim it's for royal relatives and the jet set, but Teatro Barceló mainly attracts rich kids and posers. Dress up to get in, and expect glamorous go-gos, on-stage dance routines and themed parties that'll make you think the high cover charge was worth it. There's also a stage that occasionally plays host to concerts.
