Time Out says

Formed in 1994 by American husband-and-wife duo Mimi Parker and Alan Sparhawk, Low is benchmark band on the indie scene and is responsible for the popularisation of slowcore. During their musical journey of more than 20 years, Low has become known for its most acclaimed albums, ‘C’mon’ (2011), ‘Drums and Guns’ (2007) and ‘Things We Lost in the Fire’ (2001). They're in town with their latest work, ‘Ones and Sixes’ (2015).
