Teatro Nuevo Apolo

Like other major Madrid theatres in recent years, Nuevo Apolo has turned to musicals, which now make up practically the totality of its programming, together with concerts. But it hasn't been as lucky as others, such as Gran Vía (perhaps because its location, somewhat outside the normal theatre circuit, works against it), despite the makeover of Plaza de Tirso de Molina. However, it still stages some interesting productions.
