The Bogus Woman

Curtis Productions and Theatre By The Lake present an adaptation of the novel by Kay Adshead, about an African woman who arrives in a strange country fleeing for her life, seeking safety and asylum and finding a casual disregard for individual human rights.

it stars Manchester based Krissi Bohn (who played Jenna Kamara, Lloyd’s long-lost daughter, in 'Coronation Street'), who plays an astonishing 51 characters as the lives of those seeking asylum clash with those who should be providing it.

This tour takes in both Z Arts and the Octagon Theatre, Bolton.
