Asian Grocery

This exhibition will see the No Vacancy Gallery transformed into an Asian grocery store, packed with trinkets and tokens made by Melbourne artists with connections to Korea, Malaysia, China, Vietnam, Japan, Philippines and Iran. You’ll find everything in this ‘store’, including fake foods, unusual household goods and shamanic instruments. In addition to the exhibition, visitors can participate in East Asian printmaking workshops with ‘the Grocer’.
