Master the art of at-home mixology this World Whiskey Month

Woodford Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the famous bourbon whiskey handcrafted in Kentucky that has more than 200 flavour notes, from bold grain and wood to sweet aromatics, spice, and fruit and floral notes. You need:
60ml Woodford Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey
15ml Demerara syrup

Mix and stir ingredients over ice for 30 to 40 seconds. Strain into serving glass and garnish with orange peel.

Gentleman Jack is a Tennessee whiskey from the makers of Jack Daniel’s that has traces of vanilla, caramel, fruit and light spice and has been mellowed twice for extra smoothness. Gentleman Jack and apple juice is a great flavour combination and easy to mix.

You need:
45ml Gentleman Jack

Mix ingredients in a highball glass over ice. Garnish with an apple fan. 

Slane Irish Whiskey is a smooth and complex blend made in the Boyne Valley north of Dublin. The simple addition of dry ginger ale and lime brings out the complex flavours of the whiskey’s unique triple-casked process that utilises virgin casks, seasoned casks and Oloroso sherry casks from Spain.  

You need:
45ml Slane Irish Whiskey

1 lime wedge

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour over Slane Irish Whiskey and top with ginger ale. Squeeze in the lime wedge and add to glass.
