Take the stress out and put the magic back into your Christmas this year at Chadstone – The Fashion Capital. The massive lifestyle and entertainment destination is pulling out all the stops this festive season, with a jolly host of experiences set to be more merry than Santa himself. From talking reindeer to snow falls, here are four ways to have an enchanting Christmas at Chadstone.

Chadstone Santa Photography

There's no better way to mark the festive season than by getting your kids photographed with Santa. For the first time, Chadstone’s Santa Photography experience will be bookable. That means you no longer have to patiently wait in long lines when you’d rather be doing something else (like sorting out your Christmas shopping).

We're keen to see Chadstone’s all-new ‘'Twas the Night Before Christmas’ Santa set. Featuring an 11.5-metre Christmas tree, 12,000 fairy lights, talking reindeer and hourly snow falls, we reckon the magical, immersive set will be hard to tear the kids away from.

The Chadstone Christmas Show

Is it even Christmas if you don't see a pantomime? The children's Christmas tradition is alive and well at Chadstone. The Chadstone Christmas Show is on every day from December 10 to 23, bringing some festive cheer to kids.

Little ones will be delighted by the tale of Pickles the Elf. You see, it’s almost Christmas but Pickles has lost all his Christmas joy – luckily Mrs Claus and his friends are there to help him find it again. The Christmas Show is one of Chadstone’s most loved Christmas traditions and all ticket proceeds are donated to the Starlight Children’s Foundation.

More stores and longer opening hours

There isn’t another shopping destination in Australia quite like Chadstone – The Fashion Capital. With more than 550 stores, 10,000 free (!) carparks and a free shuttle bus to and from the CBD, Chadstone has thought of everything to make your experience an enjoyable one.

They’re not called the Fashion Capital for nothing either, with more than 250 fashion brands and 30 luxury brands represented. And as usual, Chadstone will be open for 34 hours from 8am Sunday, December 23 until 6pm Monday, December 24. Last year, the marathon shopping session allowed plenty of visitors to complete their last-minute Christmas gift-buying. Planning on joining them this year? Our advice is to wear comfortable shoes.

Digital Christmas Gift Guide

Only Christmas shopping rookies go to more than one destination to source what they need. The real pros go to Chadstone, where everything is available in the one location. Chadstone are making your festive shop even easier this year with a little help from Chadstone Christmas Ambassador Rebecca Judd and Chadstone’s official stylist, Elliot Garnaut.
