Premium Performance (PP) – run by former winter Olympian snowboarder Steph Prem – offers Pilates and functional fitness workouts with a twist. The studio is an open loft/warehouse space styled for a range of low and high intensity workout classes including; clinical and mat Pilates, bootcamps, TRX training, Barre workouts, and stretch and recovery classes. PP also runs fitness retreats that include everything from a chef cooking organic meals to paddle boarding, Pilates, yoga and boxing workouts.
