Get ready to shell as many prawns as possible
For one night only during the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, Prahran restaurant David's will be celebrating prawns and vino at this hands-on feast. They'll be wok frying 60 kilograms of fresh prawns, accompanied by steamed bao buns to soak up the juices. The communal dining experience will let you get your hands dirty and shell prawns to your heart's content. This will be joined by loads of wine from Yering Station in the Yarra Valley, which will go perfectly with the fresh seafood.
