Frolic in the snow at Brunswick's yuletide celebration
Chilly weather getting you down? Unlike European winters, we don't have Christmas to warm up our colder months – which is where a good old fashioned Christmas in July celebration comes in handy.
This month, Brunswick's Barkly Square is hosting a day of Christmas carols, mulled wine, warm Nutella treats and even falling snow to complete the fantasy. From noon on Sunday, head to the Barkly Square laneway and get a cup of soul-warming vino from ReWine, plus tasty treats from Nuts-About-Tella pop-up.
And that's not all: throughout the day, there'll be a petting zoo for kids (and let's face it, for adults), plus a gingerbread decorating station and a photobooth.
