Fancy Hank's, Tasmanian distillery Lark and Wolf of the Willows Brewing are teaming up for a night of delicious food and good old-fashioned Australian beverages. On Wednesday, July 24, they will all be teaming up for an epic feast of smoked meat, Victorian craft beer and Tasmanian single malt whisky.
Fancy Hank’s have developed a variety of dishes smoked with the wood from the beer and whisky-soaked brewing barrels. Among the menu’s offerings are barrel stave-smoked Bundurra Berkshire pork neck with fermented parsnip and brown butter endive, devilled eggs with sour onion and salted pig skin, and pigs head and pork trotter "Spam" on Ritz crackers.
Dinner $88 per person and bookings are essential.
