Osher Günsberg talks about his journey through depression and anxiety and the power of vulnerability

The School of Life is hosting a talk with Osher Günsberg all about his mental health journey through anxiety, addiction and dangerous thoughts. Günsberg, a renowned reality TV host, will talk about vulnerability, an emotion many often feel is difficult to express.

Osher Günsberg on Vulnerability will be held on Thursday, February 21 at St Kilda Town Hall. Günsberg’s story is one of his ego keeping up appearances in front of cameras while dealing with the raw reality of anxiety and depression behind the scenes. Günsberg will not only share his journey but also give an insight into how vulnerability can be a powerful tool in building strong human connections.

By sharing at this event, and in his memoir Back, After the Break, Günsberg wants to remove stigmas surrounding discussions of mental health. Osher Günsberg on Vulnerability will begin at 7pm and tickets can be bought on The School of Life’s website.
