Join us for a three-week exploration, led by Project Motion member Erin D. H. Williams, on how Yoga practice can sharpen your dancing pencil. This class is for movers of all levels, so come one come all!

Class is $15 if you RSVP via this Facebook Event, $15 if you drop-in, and $10 if you have a valid student ID. Classes can purchased in advance on our website at www.projectmotiondance.org.

Erin D. H. Williams has a BFA in Dance and Theatre from the University of Memphis. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and a certified Yoga Therapist. Erin received her 200-hour yoga training through Midtown Yoga and her 500-hour and Yoga Therapy training through The Yoga Center of Jackson. She studies both Iyengar and Vinyasa yoga styles, enjoying what both practices do for her physically and mentally. Her teaching is rooted in alignment with a strong emphasis on the breath. She loves finding the sacred geometry with in the pose. "There is a quiet calm that comes over the body and the mind when working to find the proper alignment of the pose for your body.” No two bodies are alike and Erin believes in the “function over form” motto. It is important to constantly find the refinement of the pose for the person that you are in each new day.


Erin teaches Physical Education and Yoga to the students and adult trainees of Madonna Learning Center. She also teaches yoga and dance for the Kaleidoscope After School Arts Program. And recently, with the help of her son Aiden, she started teaching a Mommy-Baby Yoga class at Evergreen Yoga Center. Erin also enjoys working privately with students helping them to reconnect with their breath and find the truth in their movement so they come back into and feel at home in their bodies.
