Musician Benefit Concert for David Skypeck

The Memphis Blues Society is hosting a musician benefit concert at Rum Boogie Cafe, 3-11pm Sunday January 17, 2016, to raise funds for David Skypeck. David, the drummer for Freeworld, recently suffered serious health setbacks and has a long recovery period ahead. His family is in need of support and financial help to pay for David's care and medical expenses. Donations are encouraged during the benefit. Silent auction items will be available for bid to raise money.

100% of the proceeds raised go to David Skypeck.

On Sunday evenings, 7-11pm, the Memphis Blues Society hosts its weekly Blues Jam at Rum Boogie Café on Beale Street. The Sunday January 17, 2016 benefit concert will replace the MBS Jam that evening.
