The Confidante

It may look like your average Miami Beach hotel—Art Deco skyscraper painted in an innocuous hue—but the The Confidante is remarkable among its neighbors. For starters, it’s home to Top Chef alum Dale Talde’s eponymous eatery TALDE, Floridian brasserie Seagrape and a Spanish-inspired pool house-cum-cocktail den called the 1930s House, where live music and handcrafted drinks are a nightly occurrence.
