Time Out says

When Jeremy Ford won season 13 of Top Chef, the pressure was on to see what the Floridian would do next. Thankfully, he brought his culinary talents back to South Beach with his superb Stubborn Seed restaurant. Proving that his chops are far snazzier than any TV show can capture, he has revealed himself to be an absolute artist with local ingredients. At Time Out Market Miami, Ford turns his eye toward Southern-inspired Korean food with a menu that bounces from simple fare to out-of-the-box head-turners (wait until you try the bibimbap) you can only find here.
