Kush - Time Out Market
Time Out says
We remember our first bite of a Kush burger—we thought we’d seen it all when it came to this red-blooded American staple, but perhaps we were jaded. Kush tears down one’s preconceived notions, stripping away the meaningless filler to demonstrate what a burger is supposed to taste like. And just what does that mean? Expect juiciness from the freshly ground beef, the crunch of a battered-and-fried piece of gator (yes!) and the tenderness of a perfectly cooked piece of chicken. Of course, you really have to try it for yourself. There’s just nothing like that first bite. Or the second bite or the third….
