Time Out says

Spawned from Little Havana’s only dedicated raw bar, Salt & Brine serves up mollusks that are dressed in just the right amount of sauce, so they’ll be at their peak flavor when you slurp them up. Owners Christian and Domenica Plotczyk’s groundbreaking menu includes Russian caviar with yuzu crème fraîche, kimchi crab with miso ponzu, cucumber with wasabi tobiko and other tasty inventions. Lest you forget the bounty of fresh crustaceans just off the Florida coast, Salt & Brine’s impressive tower of oysters, shrimp, caviar and two varieties of crabs serves as a delectable reminder.

Served with atomic cocktail sauce and plum wine mignonette
