Time Out says

The annual swine-eating fest celebrates heritage breed pigs and family farmers and promotes agricultural education and responsibility. For the second year in a row, Cochon555 goes virtual with an excellent carry-out option available throughout major cities in the U.S. Miami’s version is no exception, featuring Eileen Andrade (Finka Table & Tap) on April 28, Giorgio Rapicavoli (Eating House) on June 3 and Cesar Zapata (Phuc Yea) on June 18. You’ll get a full porkcentric spread plus wine, craft cocktails and sparkling water with the purchase of each ticket. Everything will be prepped and ready to serve save for one dish, which you’ll make live via Zoom with your meal’s participating chef and a special host. The best part? You can wear your comfiest clothes to dinner. A portion of all sales benefit Miami’s culinary community.
