Chefs Cook Keto

Most people know of keto as that crazy carb-less diet fad that both celebrities and your old uncle Gary swear by for shedding those few extra el-bees fast. But did you know it’s also one of the longest-standing treatments for epilepsy? In honor of National Epilepsy Awareness Month, celebrity Chef Jeremiah Bullfrog and Epilepsy Florida have partnered up to host Chefs Cook Keto, showcasing ketogenic recipes (that actually taste good, guys!) from some of the nation’s top chefs, including Norman Van Aken, Brandon Baltzley and James Strine. The tasting-style event at CVLTVRA in Downtown also features drink pairings, entertainment, cooking demos and “keto” swag.
