Strength, flexibility, and body awareness are critical skills for any actor, but are often overlooked. This class, taught by a circus-performer-turned-actor, will provide an introduction to a variety of acrobatic skills that can be used to generate stage effects, expand your stage combat palette, and enhance cast bonding during rehearsal. You’ll learn basics of weight-sharing, falls, rolls, human pyramids, and more. Class emphasizes safety and progression, but students will be encouraged to work at the edge of their ability and comfort zone.

When: Sunday, April 19th 1-4pm
Where: Four Seasons Dance Studio, 1637 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403
Cost: $35
