You'll learn everything you need to know to start your yoga journey safely and with ease including: alignment and technique of yoga's fundamental postures, modifications for your unique body, proper breathing, relaxation, and basic philosophical tenants. Upon completion you'll be ready to move into any of our level 1 or 1-2 drop-in classes.
