In this 90 minute class you will roll your way to a happier body and mind! Join Adrienne Guze Fitzmaurice and learn all about the benefits of the “Foam Roller.” The Foam Roller is used for self-myofascial release (a technique used to inhibit overactive muscles), core stability, and spinal alignment. All three techniques used with the roller release tight areas in the body and push more blood flow to the connective tissue of the muscles and bones. The exercises taught in the class can be done at the studio before or after class or in the comfort of your home. This workshop is perfect for Spinners, Cross Fit fans, Pilates/barre peeps, and yogis. All students must bring their own Foam Roller to the class. A full length roller is required.
