Gallery admission is free for everyone on the first Saturday of each month from 10 am to 6 pm, with a variety of family activities scheduled from 10 am to 3 pm.

Spend the day exploring the exhibition Question the Wall Itself with art-making, hands-on gallery activities and kids’ films.

Artist Chris Larson leads hands-on demonstrations of his technique to create negative shadow images without using a camera. See Larson’s work in his exhibition Chris Larson: Land Speed Record.

Art-making: Place Maker
10 am–3 pm

Create a diorama made up of surprising people and places. By playing a game of chance, you learn how unexpected elements can fit together.
