WHAT IS HELL WEEK?
Hell Week October 26 to 31, 2015 is an intense 6-day personal fitness challenge that will awaken your inner athlete or simply burn tons of calories! Each day your fitness coach will challenge the group to a surprise fitness challenge embedded within the OTF-Minneapolis/Lake Calhoun workout. This challenge is meant to be an intense challenge for all fitness levels! Your goal is to push through and conquer the challenge while successfully completing an incredible OTF workout.
