Red Stag Supperclub says
Red Stag Supperclub is hosting a fundraising dinner event to support Mr. Roberts Resort located in Pengilly, MN. The resort is co­-owned by former Barbette Chef, Sarah Master, and former Bryant-­Lake Restaurants Financial Controller, Dan Beckwith. The year­-round resort is home to a full­service restaurant that focuses on organic, local foods and sustainable practices.

Shortly after opening last summer, the restaurant experienced an incredibly busy summer, showing the demand for high­quality food and drinks in the area. However, the mild winter did not produce enough snow to attract snowmobilers. This left Sarah and Dan with little-­to-­no funding for the resort and restaurant.

Red Stag Supperclub will donate all profits from the event to Mr. Roberts Resort to help keep their doors open, but they need your help!

Chef Sarah Master will take the helm to craft a 4­-course dinner with wine pairings for $100 per person (including gratuity and tax).

Courses include:

● Braised Lamb Belly, fava bean tabbouleh, lemon puree, saffron poached pearl onions,braised sunflower seeds, grilled hearts of palm, charmoula

● Fried Quail & Sweet Potato Waffles, spiced maple syrup, braised collard greens, dehydrated rhubarb, bourbon pickled jalapenos

● Boiled Dinner with Tasso, roasted baby carrots and parsnips, fingerlings, smoked parmesan broth, mustard oil

● New Orleans­-style Cardamom Beignets, powdered sugar

In addition, Red Stag will be serving late­night options at 10pm including all-­you-­can-­eat snacks for $19, in addition to beer and craft cocktail specials at the cash bar.
