Time Out says

So, there I am, doin' sound at Palmer's, the night's been full of popesque alt rockstahs, and all'a'sudden, this tourin' group hops up on that mini stage and just THrashes! I bounced 'n bounced 'til Big John had to tell me to get the damn bands out, and then made sure to ask these punks if they'd be down to come back to the cities sometime. Welp, this is that time, y'all! Negative Scanner has gotten lots of press for good reasons. They hail from Chicago, but know about the roil of cold shit that is the Great North Midwest, and MinnesotaPunkSolid. Come bang yer smart head. http://negativescanner.tumblr.com/ Bonafide Princesses is an electroweird rock troupe, started and curated by the master instrumentalist, Szavio Raaum. This dood knows where composition and innovation meet, and my goodness, so will the Puppets!! (Ask him!!) The Desert Vest was suggested to me by Beth from NOSTRILDAMUS; not that I haven't heard them rockin' with Mr. Xander Bilyk over the past couple years. These guys got this hardcore postgrunge nonsludge thang, and will have you all playin' air guitars down near yer feet! If you haven't heard of The Jelly Project, go figure that out, will ya. Now that yer both confused and ready for kick ass tunes, 622 Symphony will bring you back to what music is about in the first place. Feeling it. I'll also play a few songs in between sets. They're good, I promise. I'm just weird, I promise. Remember they've got food and billiards upstairs, and lotsa booze + smarmy 'tenders downstairs. <3 Nat (**BasementPlakin' the dayafter)
