Join us for Prana Stretch on Monday, October 3 from 7:30pm-9pm with the legendary Adrienne Guze Fitzmaurice and her group of assistants. Never been to Prana Stretch? It's an experience you won't soon forget. Prana Stretch® is a deeply healing and relaxing group class that focuses on one's life force energy: prana. Students are guided through various asanas (mainly lying on your back or stomach) throughout the class. Typically every 4-5 students has an instructor present to give hands on massage, adjustments, and healing touch in order to help you ground and release prana. Props such as the yoga block and strap as well as guided breath work are incorporated into the class. It is suggested to wear loose fitting clothes and layering your clothes to stay warm.
