Join us for January's very interactive Tuesday Talk: Yoga for Runners! Our race team's own Ted Roseen (aka Yoga Ted) will talk to us about how Yoga can help us to be the best runner we can be (seriously!). He will then lead us in a 45-minute yoga session focusing on poses most important for those of us whose bodies are used to moving in just one direction - forward. If you have a mat, please bring it (and if you have an extra, bring that too!). We will also have a few mats here to use if you don't have one to bring. Water & light snacks will be provided.
