The Smitten Kitten says
People who practice ethical non-monogamy experience a unique set of relationship dynamics. Jealousy is normal and we expect it, but sometimes it can get toxic and overpowering In this workshop, we'll learn how to use elements of jealousy to benefit our relationships, rather than threaten them. When jealousy is grounded mindfully in communication and introspection, it can be an opportunity to build strength and trust with partners. Participants can expect to walk away from this event with concrete communication tools and mindfulness exercises to help navigate jealousy openly and assertively.
