Let's get hoppin'! Or is it hoopin'? BOTH! ;-)

This month's round of Hoop 101 gets you going on the basics of hooping while combining it with simple movement. It's all about getting you comfortable with a unique form of dance that doesn't require any dance knowledge AT ALL. Plus, you can burn about 400 calories an hour while hooping, according to the American Council for Exercise - and you are having fun, so win-win all around!

Classes are available for drop-in, or your monthly unlimited membership will cover for this class! Adult sized hula hoops are available for class use and each class is designed to have you hooping for a whole song by the end of it!
